$74.00

Palindrome Vineyard · Dry Creek Valley · Sonoma County

Dry-Farmed · Dark-Fruited · Aromatic · Savory

Our 2022 Syrah from Palindrome Vineyard in Dry Creek Valley, Sonoma County brings together everything we love about the variety: generous dark fruit, savory spice, beautiful aromatics and enough freshness to keep you coming back to the glass.

Dry-farmed and crafted in small quantities, this Syrah reflects both the character of its vineyard and our belief that thoughtful farming is where exceptional wine begins.

In the Glass

Blackberry, raspberry and ripe cherry rise from the glass alongside rose petal, clove and freshly cracked black pepper.

The palate deepens into plum and black cherry with subtle savory notes, framed by supple, medium tannins and a long, satisfying finish.

There's richness here, but also lift and balance—the combination that makes Syrah so compelling at the table.

Dry-Farmed at Palindrome Vineyard

Our Syrah comes from Palindrome Vineyard in Dry Creek Valley, Sonoma County, where the vines are dry-farmed rather than routinely irrigated.

Dry farming encourages vines to rely on moisture held naturally within the soil, an approach that can encourage deeper rooting while reducing reliance on irrigation. For us, it reflects a broader commitment to farming with greater attention to soil, water and the long-term resilience of the vineyard.

The result is fruit with the depth, freshness and character we want before it ever reaches the cellar.

Crafted for Balance

The 2022 Syrah was aged in French oak barrels, building texture and complexity while preserving the vibrant fruit, peppery spice and character of the vineyard.

This isn't Syrah made simply for power.

It's built around balance, generosity and drinkability—equally at home beside a beautifully prepared dinner or something smoky straight from the grill.

What to Pair With Syrah

Pour it with grilled steak or lamb, braised short ribs, roast pork, sausages, grilled mushrooms, smoky vegetables, Mediterranean dishes and aged cheeses.

Give it a little air, put something savory on the table and pour generously.
