Alder Springs Vineyard · Mendocino County
Fresh · Mineral · Vibrant · Dry
Crafted intentionally as rosé from the remarkable Alder Springs Vineyard in Mendocino County, our 2025 Rosé of Syrah is bright, dry and beautifully alive—a small-production Northern California rosé made for the table.
Rather than being an afterthought of red-wine production, this wine was grown and made expressly as rosé, from vineyard to bottle. Our goal was to capture Syrah's vibrant fruit while preserving freshness, natural acidity and a sense of place.
In the Glass
Brilliant pale salmon in color, the 2025 Rosé opens with wild strawberry, white peach, citrus blossom and fresh watermelon. The palate is bright and layered with fresh berries, crisp minerality and lively natural acidity, finishing clean, refreshing and beautifully persistent.
It's serious enough for the dinner table and wonderfully easy to drink on a sunny afternoon.
What to Pair With Rosé
This is an exceptionally food-friendly dry rosé. Pour it with:
Fresh tomatoes and burrata
Grilled fish, shrimp or shellfish
Pesto pasta and summer vegetables
Mediterranean dishes
Cheese and charcuterie
Salads and fresh herbs
Roast chicken
Warm bread, olive oil and a table full of friends
Or chill it down and drink it simply as an aperitif.

Our Syrah comes from Alder Springs Vineyard in Mendocino County, one of Northern California's remarkable vineyard sites. The vineyard's distinctive growing conditions give us fruit with beautiful natural acidity, freshness and character—exactly what we were looking for when crafting this rosé.
Made for Gathering

It's the bottle we reach for when the food is simple, the table is full and nobody is in a hurry to leave.
Serve well chilled. Share generously.

Silky · Elegant · Savory · Mineral
Our 2023 Pinot Noir from Alder Springs Vineyard in Mendocino County is a quiet expression of living land—elegant, honest and deeply connected to place.
Grown in the rugged Mendocino mountains using no-till and dry-farming practices with no synthetic sprays, this small-production Pinot Noir reflects our commitment to farming that builds healthy soil, conserves water and supports resilient vineyard ecosystems.
Pinot Noir has an extraordinary ability to translate land and season. When grown with intention and handled with restraint, it doesn't need to shout. This vintage speaks beautifully for itself.
In the Glass
Lifted wild strawberry, red cherry and bright red fruit lead into layers of forest floor, dried herbs and subtle spice.
The palate is silky and precise, with beautiful natural acidity, fine texture and a mineral-driven finish that keeps the wine fresh and invites another sip.
Elegant rather than heavy, this is Pinot Noir for people who love freshness, nuance and a savory edge alongside their fruit.
What to Pair With Pinot Noir
The bright acidity and silky texture make this an exceptionally versatile red for the table. We love it with:
Roast chicken
Salmon and richer fish
Grilled or roasted mushrooms
Pork tenderloin
Duck
Risotto
Earthy vegetables and herbs
Cheese and charcuterie
And yes—it's also very good with nothing more complicated than a comfortable chair and someone you like.
Alder Springs Vineyard
High in the Mendocino mountains, Alder Springs Vineyard is a remarkable Northern California growing site and a place we return to for fruit with energy, character and a distinct sense of place.
Here, thoughtful farming matters. No-till practices help protect soil structure, dry farming encourages resilience and conserves water, and avoiding synthetic sprays supports a healthier vineyard ecosystem.
For us, regenerative wine begins here—not with a marketing claim, but with how the land is cared for.
Small Production. Made With Intention.
Crafted in small lots and released when ready, our 2023 Pinot Noir isn't made for points or pretense.
It's made for dinner tables, conversation and bottles that somehow empty faster than expected.
Bring it to dinner. Put it beside roast chicken or mushrooms. Pour everyone a glass.

Emmitt-Scorsone Vineyard · Dry Creek Valley · Sonoma County
Silky · Floral · Savory · Expressive
Our 2023 Grenache from Emmitt-Scorsone Vineyard in Dry Creek Valley, Sonoma County is an elegant expression of one of California's most celebrated wine-growing regions—floral, savory and beautifully alive.
Sustainably farmed and hand harvested, the fruit was fermented with native yeasts in small open-top tanks and aged for 10 months in neutral French oak. The result is Grenache with purity and personality: generous enough to satisfy, but lifted and silky enough to keep you reaching for another glass.
In the Glass
Delicate floral and herbaceous aromas unfold into layers of red and black fruit, lavender and fresh oregano, followed by white pepper, nutmeg and cinnamon.
The palate is silky and balanced, with fine tannins, beautiful freshness and a graceful finish that lingers long after each sip.
This isn't a heavy, extracted red. It's Grenache with fragrance, energy and a savory edge—the kind of wine that becomes even more interesting as it opens in the glass.
What to Pair With Grenache
Grenache is wonderfully versatile at the table. We love this wine with:
Roast chicken
Lamb and grilled meats
Pork
Sausages and charcuterie
Wood-fired pizza
Grilled mushrooms and vegetables
Tomato-based dishes
Mediterranean herbs and spices
Aged and semi-firm cheeses
It's also an excellent bottle to open while dinner is still cooking.
Emmitt-Scorsone Vineyard
Our Grenache comes from Emmitt-Scorsone Vineyard in Dry Creek Valley, Sonoma County, where warm days and cool evening influences create beautiful conditions for expressive, balanced Grenache.
The vineyard is sustainably farmed and harvested by hand, giving us fruit with the freshness, character and integrity we want before it ever reaches the cellar.
Made With a Light Hand
We ferment this Grenache with native yeasts in small open-top tanks, then age it for 10 months in neutral French oak barrels.
Neutral oak allows the vineyard and variety to remain at the center of the wine rather than masking them with new-oak flavor.
The result is a vivid snapshot of Dry Creek Valley: fragrant, silky, savory and incredibly inviting.
Open it for dinner. Let it breathe for a few minutes. Pour generously.
