Alder Springs Vineyard | Mendocino County
Crafted with intention from the remarkable Alder Springs Vineyard, our 2025 Rosé of Syrah is a celebration of freshness, balance, and place.
Rather than being an afterthought, this wine was made expressly as a rosé—from vineyard to bottle—with the goal of capturing Syrah's vibrant fruit while preserving its natural energy and precision.
Brilliant pale salmon in color, it opens with aromas of wild strawberry, white peach, citrus blossom, and watermelon, followed by a bright palate layered with fresh berries, crisp minerality, and lively natural acidity. Refreshing yet textured, it finishes long, clean, and inviting.
It sings beautifully on its own as an afternoon aperitif, but truly comes alive around the table. Pair it with fresh summer tomatoes, grilled seafood, creamy burrata, pesto pasta, garden vegetables, charcuterie, or simply warm bread and good company.
Produced in limited quantities, this is a wine made for long lunches, shared meals, and slowing down enough to savor the season.
Our 2023 Pinot Noir is a quiet expression of living land — elegant, honest, and deeply connected to place.
Sourced from vineyards practicing no-till farming, dry-farming, and no synthetic sprays, this wine reflects our commitment to farming that regenerates soil, conserves water, and supports healthy ecosystems. Pinot Noir, when grown with intention, becomes a true translator of land and season — and this vintage speaks clearly.
In the glass, expect lifted red fruit, wild strawberry, and soft cherry layered with forest floor, dried herbs, and subtle spice. The palate is silky and precise, with bright acidity and a mineral-driven finish that invites another sip.
Crafted in small lots and released when ready, this Pinot is designed not for points or pretense — but for tables, conversation, and connection.
Pair with: roast chicken, grilled mushrooms, salmon, or simply good company.
Emmitt-Scorsone Vineyard | Dry Creek Valley, Sonoma County
The Wine.
Delicate floral and herbaceous aromas unfold into layers of red and black fruit, lavender, and fresh oregano. Subtle notes of white pepper, nutmeg, and cinnamon add complexity and warmth. On the palate, the wine is silky and balanced, with fine tannins and a graceful finish that lingers long after each sip.
