2025 Rosé of Syrah

$45.00

Alder Springs Vineyard · Mendocino County

Fresh · Mineral · Vibrant · Dry

Crafted intentionally as rosé from the remarkable Alder Springs Vineyard in Mendocino County, our 2025 Rosé of Syrah is bright, dry and beautifully alive—a small-production Northern California rosé made for the table.

Rather than being an afterthought of red-wine production, this wine was grown and made expressly as rosé, from vineyard to bottle. Our goal was to capture Syrah's vibrant fruit while preserving freshness, natural acidity and a sense of place.

In the Glass

Brilliant pale salmon in color, the 2025 Rosé opens with wild strawberry, white peach, citrus blossom and fresh watermelon. The palate is bright and layered with fresh berries, crisp minerality and lively natural acidity, finishing clean, refreshing and beautifully persistent.

It's serious enough for the dinner table and wonderfully easy to drink on a sunny afternoon.

What to Pair With Rosé

This is an exceptionally food-friendly dry rosé. Pour it with:

  • Fresh tomatoes and burrata

  • Grilled fish, shrimp or shellfish

  • Pesto pasta and summer vegetables

  • Mediterranean dishes

  • Cheese and charcuterie

  • Salads and fresh herbs

  • Roast chicken

  • Warm bread, olive oil and a table full of friends

Or chill it down and drink it simply as an aperitif.
