Prinsley creates extraordinary wine, land and leadership experiences.
ABOUT
Prinsley creates immersive private and corporate experiences rooted in wine, agriculture, creativity, and connection.
Led by founders Kim and Rea Prince, our gatherings bring people closer to the land, to one another, and to the stories behind what is in the glass.
From sensory wine workshops and blending experiences to regenerative leadership programs, executive retreats, and intimate gatherings, each experience is designed to be thoughtful, engaging, and deeply personal.
For corporate groups, private gatherings, retreats, and special occasions throughout Napa, Sonoma, and beyond.

Our Process
-

Plan with Purpose
Together, we outline a path forward that’s realistic, strategic, and tailored to your specific needs.
-

Collaborate Openly
You’re part of the process. We keep communication open and decisions shared—no black boxes or surprises.
-

Adapt as Needed
Every project is different. We stay flexible and responsive to make sure the process fits your flow—not the other way around.
-

Deliver with Confidence
When we deliver, it’s not just a finished product—it’s a solution you can trust, backed by real care and effort.
WHAT SETS US APART
More Than a Wine Tasting
We believe wine is most interesting when it becomes a doorway.
A doorway into place.
Into farming.
Into craft.
Into conversation.
Into curiosity.
Into one another.
Prinsley Experiences are designed around participation rather than presentation. You will taste, create, explore, discuss, and connect.
No two gatherings need to look exactly alike.
WHAT SETS US APART
Signature Experiences
Taste Like a Pro
A guided sensory journey through wine.
Learn how professionals approach a glass of wine—from aroma and structure to texture, place, farming, and winemaking.
This approachable, interactive experience helps guests build confidence in their own palate while discovering how much information can live inside a single glass.
Ideal for corporate groups, client entertainment, retreats, celebrations, and curious wine lovers.
Typical length: 90–120 minutes
Groups: Approximately 10–50 guests
Can include: sensory exercises, guided tasting, cheese and charcuterie, seasonal bites, vineyard conversation, and gifting
The Art of Blending
Part sensory workshop, part creative experiment.
Taste individual wine components, explore structure and balance, and build a blend of your own.
Guests leave understanding wine in an entirely different way—and usually with a few strong opinions about whose blend won.
Typical length: 90 minutes–3 hours
Ideal for: corporate groups, celebrations, team-building, and wine-focused events
Land + Regeneration
Leadership Through Regenerative Agriculture
What can a vineyard teach us about leadership? Quite a lot.
Healthy agricultural systems are not built through extraction. They depend on diversity, resilience, observation, adaptation, patience, and reciprocity.
In this facilitated experience, we use regenerative agriculture as a framework for exploring leadership, organizations, and the way people work together.
Guests move between conversation, observation, reflection, and hands-on experiences in the landscape.
Topics may include:
resilience and adaptability
systems thinking
stewardship
long-term decision-making
diversity and interdependence
leadership versus control
creating conditions where people and systems can thrive
Designed for executive teams, founders, leadership retreats, and organizations navigating growth or change.
Typical length: 3 hours to full day
LET’S GET STARTED
Winemaker for a Day
Step behind the bottle and into the creative process.
Guests explore the decisions that shape a finished wine, taste components, experiment with blending, and create their own interpretation.
Along the way, we explore how winemakers balance instinct, experience, agriculture, chemistry, and creativity.
Engaging, collaborative, and slightly competitive in all the right ways.
Typical length: 2–4 hours
Ideal for: teams, leadership groups, client experiences, retreats, and private celebrations
