2023 Grenache

$68.00

Emmitt-Scorsone Vineyard | Dry Creek Valley, Sonoma County

Legacy.
Nestled in the sun-drenched hills of Dry Creek Valley, the Emmitt-Scorsone Vineyard is a place where old vines and vibrant soils converge. Known for producing expressive Rhône varietals, this site brings out the full personality of Grenache—bright, layered, and full of soul. Sustainably farmed and thoughtfully tended, this vineyard is the heartbeat of our 2023 vintage.

Inspiration.
Grenache is a grape we return to year after year for its versatility, beauty, and honest expression of place. This wine was born from a desire to capture the valley’s warmth, its rolling terrain, and the Mediterranean spirit that lives in every row of vines. It’s a bottle that celebrates seasonality, connection, and the simple magic of a shared table.

The Wine.
Delicate floral and herbaceous aromas unfold into layers of red and black fruit, lavender, and fresh oregano. Subtle notes of white pepper, nutmeg, and cinnamon add complexity and warmth. On the palate, the wine is silky and balanced, with fine tannins and a graceful finish that lingers long after each sip.

Authenticity.

  • Sustainably farmed and hand harvested

  • Fermented with native yeasts in small open-top tanks

  • Aged 10 months in neutral French oak barrels

  • Bottled unfined and unfiltered with minimal SO₂

This Grenache is a vivid snapshot of Dry Creek Valley—inviting, expressive, and ready to pour alongside whatever's cooking.
